We are excited about the last four years and our time in Spain. We have seen Oasis Center not only go from touching immigrants, but refugees. Our team has grown and we have added a new location.
Lavapies, where Oasis Center is located is very diverse. That is what we love about the neighborhood and the students that we have! Also, our volunteers come from many different backgrounds.
Over the next year, we will be in the US. Our plan is to return to Spain summer 2018. We will be traveling a lot during that time, updating some of our partners, developing new partners as well as helping to inform about what is happening in Madrid.
Our team will continue to run Oasis Center and develop even more initiatives. It is exciting!
